Getting Started at CrossFit Strive is simple but we want to ensure you a safe and enjoyable entry into CrossFit.
Our Foundations Program
Our Foundations Program is the best way to get started with CrossFit. These classes are staffed with an expert coach so athletes receive basic and important information on the aspects of strength, conditioning, and form within each WOD (workout of the day). Our coach will provide hands-on training, teach new movements in detail and show athletes how to modify (if needed) to remain safe in their workouts. Each session will also incorporate conditioning designed to improve cardiovascular endurance.
The results are fantastic! Attending Foundations classes will help you get an extra layer of information needed to start a new exercise program AND allow you to meet the athletes who are core to our community. Without even realizing it, you will be able to make a seamless transition into our CrossFit classes.

PUMP30 and BURN30 classes are lead by an expert trainer who will guide you through a 30 min workout that is designed to get you results. PUMP30 classes are designed to give you a total body workout that leaves you with solid, lean muscle. BURN30 classes will get your heart rate up and keep it there so you can keep your body fat low and your energy levels high. Classes are scheduled back-to-back so you can come to one or both.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.
The physical training is second to none, but the community that is formed and fostered by doing the training together is what really makes CrossFit Strive Bastrop special.
Safety and training programs supported by science are two key tenants of how we design our training. We operate in 4-8 week training cycle with the intention of eliciting specific results in strength, conditioning, and skill. This is a factor that separates us from most other CrossFit facilities.

Our Kids Program is designed to assist in developing body awareness and improve motor control and connect moving with having fun.
We incorporate gymnastics, body weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements combined in ways to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching proper technique and creating a broad athletic foundation.
Classes are open to kids 5 -12; no CrossFit experience is necessary.
Memberships can be purchased month to month. Non-members are $99/mo for 3x per week on Mon/Wed/Fri at 4:40PM. Member price is $84/mo.
